This is part of WITS (Women in Technology and Science) Ireland series of workshops and events. We are delighted to run a beginners workshop in HTML5/CSS3. This is a paid event and open to WITS and non-WITS members.
Ever wondered how a webpage is constructed?
This workshop will show you how to use HTML and CSS to make webpages including:-
- Setting up a code editor and using Chrome Development tools
- Basic HTML Syntax
- HTML elements, tags, and attributes
- Setting up the structure of your first web page
- HTML Semantics
- CSS Introduction
- CSS selectors, properties, and values
- Working with CSS selectors
- Referencing CSS in your HTML
- CSS resets
